About the Designer

Hannes Wettstein was born in Ascona Switzerland 1958. He died 2008. Along with his team of skilled designers he has specialized in designing furniture, interiors, and products of which his furniture design is most famous. Since 1982 Hannes Wettsein AG has worked with international furniture companies. Besides his work as a designer Hannes Wettstein has taught at various schools, e.g. as a professor at the Hochschule für Gestaltung, Karlsruhe 1994-2001.
